Fighters will be matched based on weight class and skill level for a controlled, competitive experience that helps them prepare for upcoming fights.

This is more than just sparring—it’s an opportunity for fighters to compete and push each other to improve in a neutral location.

All fighters must bring the required protective gear to participate in the Fight4Dallas Sparring Showcase. This includes:

✅ Cup (Groin Protector)
✅ Mouthpiece
✅ Boxing Shoes
✅ 16 oz Gloves

⚖ Weigh-ins are required before sparring.
